序言：
This case is located in the Pearl River New Town, Guangzhou, and is a 117 ㎡ modern style case with three rooms and two halls.

This house was the owner's wedding home more than a decade ago. With the arrival of their second child and the gradual

growth of their baby, the living space of the family gradually became crowded, and the activity space of the baby became

increasingly cramped. Later, the idea of renovating the family environment gradually emerged.

本案位于广州珠江新城，是一套117㎡的三室二厅现代风案例。这套房子是十几年前屋主的婚房，随着二胎的到来与宝贝的渐渐长大，

家庭的居住空间逐渐拥挤，宝贝们的活动空间也日渐局促，而后逐渐产生改造家庭环境的想法。

入户走廊 Dentry corridor

The entrance experience is refreshing, although the space is not large, the design and planning are simple and clear, easy to use

and beautiful. A thin cabinet is designed on the right side of the entrance, and various decorations can be placed on the storage

platform. The first floor is designed to hold small items that can be easily carried when entering the house. The main switch on

the left side is also hidden by a simple hanging painting, with a simple and casual design that reflects the exquisite life of the

homeowner.

入户观感清爽，虽空间不大但设计规划的简洁且明了，好用又美观。入户右侧设计薄柜，置物台可摆放各种装饰品，首层设计放置入户随手

携带的小物件，左侧总开关也用一副简单挂画也隐藏着，设计简约随性，又体现出屋主精致的生活。

客厅 Drawing room

In terms of creating the living room, the designer did not use highly saturated colors, but instead extracted each other from the

space. Starting from functionality and artistry, they chose to use lightweight rock panels to create a texture in the space. The

highly inclusive combination of natural wood and white was the main color tone, and the high desk lamp with extended visual

lines became one of the visual axes, further extending the depth of the space. The space is full of stories, which are left for

family members to continue to express~

客厅打造上，设计师没有用饱和度极高的色彩，而是从空间中相互提取，由功能性与艺术性出发，选择用轻岩板打造空间中的肌理感，

包容性较高的原木搭配与白色作为主要色调调和，可视线延长的的高台灯，成为视觉主轴之一，进一步延长了空间深度，空间充满着故事，

留待家庭成员继续抒写~

Designed a full wall cabinet with one door to the top design to increase storage space, making it more concise and durable.

A VIP area was reserved for the piano, and a glass display cabinet was also designed for the homeowner's father to showcase

his collection of wine. The hollow bottom was used as a fireplace, and the simple small design satisfied the comfortable

winter heating in Guangzhou.

设计了满墙柜，一门到顶的设计增加了储物空间，显得更为简洁耐看，给钢琴留了一个VIP区，又设计了玻璃展示柜为屋主爸爸能够

展示珍藏的酒，下方镂空做壁炉，简单的小设计满足了广州冬日取暖的惬意。

闲暇时分，一本书一杯咖啡，便可悠闲一下 ~

餐厅＆厨房 Restaurant＆Kitchen

餐厨一体化设计，联通客厅视野不受阻更加开阔；岛台上方原本的承重柱将其修饰改造成圆弧形，多一分柔和感，岩板台面设计可作为

日常配菜区及西厨区兼吧台，屋主的烹饪爱好有了更多的发挥空间。生活阳台则用超白玻油砂长虹玻璃门，透光不透人，

做到了杂物消失的效果。
转身便是中式烹饪区，油盐调料等瓶瓶罐罐整整齐齐收放。改造之后厨房可放下大容量零嵌入式高颜值冰箱，女主人表示非常满意：

“多亏设计师有先见之明”。

设计时冰箱为零嵌入式，符合要求的此款冰箱彼时还未上市，设计师特地与屋主沟通提前预定，直至落地才能达到此等效果~

主卧 Master bedroom

The bedroom lacks strong colors and intricate decorations, returning to the soft and comfortable essence of relaxation. Warm,

simple and sophisticated, elegant and leisurely.
卧室没有强烈的色彩与繁杂的装饰之物，回归柔软舒适的休憩本质。温馨、质朴且高级，素雅且悠然自得。

女儿房 Children's room

The elder sister's room is themed in princess pink, with an integrated design of desk, bookshelf, and wardrobe, which easily

doubles the storage space. The bay window is functionally extended to increase the utilization rate of each space.

姐姐房则以公主粉色为主调，书桌、书柜以及衣柜一体化设计，轻松实现收纳空间翻倍，飘窗做功能上延伸，增加各个空间的使用率。
