序言：
案主夫妻都是华南理工的教书先生，南新村位于华南理工附近，旧房的三室一厅一卫，户型总体上看不错，但是功能上不能满足案主日常需求，

希望能有第四个房间作为书房，以及多一个卫生间的功能需求，在有限的的空间内设计出满足空间需求且符合人体工程学的活动空间是设计师的

挑战，原始空间只有客厅餐厅以及厨房的位置，设计师需要做出合理的规划且满足案主的需求，做出最终双方都满意的答卷~

从户型规划上看，客厅以及阳台打通形成一个整体，功能增加且不会受到空间挤压，阳台多功能化（休闲区+洗烘一体+干湿晾晒）都一应俱全；

静区通铺木地板，动区通铺木纹砖，客厅简约设计。厨房空间的设计原先纠结书房与厨房的位置，同时要兼顾采光以及通风，又要减少卫生死角，

设计师做了封闭式，采用了透光玻璃推拉门，一门到顶的柜体，色彩以及灯光的严格把控，做到最终呈现出来的空间满足一家人的所有需求。
设计细节：吧台与书房链接，相辅相成。

入户 Entry area

The natural wood color scheme with warm tones as the main tone of the space exudes a warm and elegant atmosphere; The open pattern 

emphasizes spatial order and communication and interaction among residents; Considering the necessity of daily use, a storage space should

 be created on the left wall of the door, taking into account the need for household storage and creating a home atmosphere with a simple,

 elegant, bright, and gentle beauty.

空间以暖色调为主调的原木色系，空间尽显温馨素雅；开放格局强调空间秩序以及居住者间的交流互动；考虑到日常使用必须，与门左侧墙体做储物空间，

兼顾入户储物之需，打造家的气韵，素雅明亮的柔美。

The bar counter, study room, and hallway leading to the quiet area come into view when entering the house. The bar counter also serves as a western

 kitchen area, connecting to the study room and serving as a learning function. Parents accompany their children to do homework and study together 

on a daily basis.

入户映入眼帘的便是吧台与书房以及通往静区的过道，吧台同时也作为西厨区之用，链接着书房，兼顾着学习功能，日常家长陪同小孩一起做作业学习。

客厅 Drawing room

The living room creates a sense of home atmosphere, with wood grain tiles throughout the dynamic area, simple and transparent, elegant and bright,

 or exquisite and meticulous. The presence of a moment is silently expressed through the thoughts and consciousness of the occupants, conveying the 

subtle perception of life and the inner state of mind everywhere. The atmosphere of home life is comfortable, relaxed, and simple.

客厅打造家的气韵，动区通铺木纹砖，简约通透，素雅明亮的柔美，或是细致入微的精湛，片刻间的存在，都是用居住者的思想意识，为我们无声地表达感知人生的

微妙，到处内心的心境。居家生活气息，是舒适，自在，淳朴。

The living room TV background wall is topped with a bookshelf, creating a learning atmosphere everywhere in this home. A potted plant and

 a vintage floor lamp create the warmest and most lively moments in the family~

客厅电视背景墙做到顶的书柜，无处不在营造这家中的学习氛围，一盆淘回来的绿植，一盏复古的落地灯营造出了家庭中最最温暖且灵动的时刻~

家政区  Housekeeping cabinet

The living room and balcony are connected, with increased functionality without being squeezed by functional space. The balcony is

 multifunctional and has a leisure area, integrated washing and drying, and dry and wet drying; There can be a robotic vacuum cleaner

 hidden underneath~

客厅与阳台打通，功能增加且不会受到功能空间的挤压，阳台多功能化，同时拥有休闲区+洗烘一体+干湿晾晒；底下还能藏个扫地机器人~

Detail design: The beam position between the living room and the balcony is weakened by applying white latex paint to the curved light trough

 with gypsum board, and the sofa background wall is decorated with gypsum grille

细节设计：客厅与阳台之间的梁位用石膏板刷白色乳胶漆做弧形灯槽弱化，沙发背景墙做石膏格栅装饰板



餐厅 Restaurant

The restaurant's soft furnishings are simple and elegant, with half designed as a booth and additional storage space at the bottom. The 

same color scheme is chosen to blend in with the ancient style, including a solid wood sun chair (designed from Denmark in 1911) and 

Vasily wicker chairs, as well as two Danish flying saucer movable track dining lights. The items are all artistic design products, and they

 blend together to become a part of the home.

餐厅软装搭配简单文雅，一半设计为卡座，底部增加空间的储物，同色系选择融入中古风，一张实木太阳椅（来自丹麦1911年设计）+瓦西里藤编椅，

两盏丹麦的飞碟可移位轨道餐灯，单品都是艺术设计产物，相互融合便是家中的份子。

When the study is opened, it becomes a leisure area that blends into the larger space, and when the sliding door is closed, it becomes a quiet 

learning space~
The double-sided island counter can be used directly as a dining cabinet, and the interior can also be used for storage~

书房打开便是融入大空间的休闲区域，关上推拉门以后便是安静的学习空间~
岛台双面直接作为餐边柜使用，内部同样可做收纳~



书房 Study

The study room is the fourth space designed by the designer for the home. It is both a quiet area and a dynamic area, a small space that 

combines movement and stillness. It is separated from each other by sliding doors that can be opened or closed with linked corners, 

achieving a visually non crowded effect and preventing the space from being squeezed.

书房是设计师给家中设计的的第四个空间，它既是静区也可是动区，一个动静结合的小空间，用联动转角对开推拉门相互隔开，实现书房可开放可封闭，

做到了视觉上不拥挤，让空间不受挤压的效果。
