引言：主要以黑白灰结合，以高品质、设计感、舒适、简约为风格特点，所谓轻奢，实际上是以极致简约风格为基础，摒弃一些如欧式、法式等风格的复杂元素，以更简洁的、硬朗的直线条代替；但也并不像一般的简约风格那样随意。看似简洁朴素的外表之下却常常折射出一种隐藏的贵族气质，这种气质大多数通过一些精致软装元素来实现的。

The so-called light luxury, in fact, is based on the ultimate simple style, abandoning some complex elements such as European style and French style, and replacing them with more concise and strong straight lines; However, it is not as casual as the general simple style. The seemingly simple appearance often reflects a kind of hidden noble temperament, which is mostly realized by some delicate soft elements.

1. 此次改造为二手房改造，解决业主想要做成衣帽间兼书房的要求。

2. 解决主卫做成三分离的形式。

3. 解决卧室太小的问题。

客厅与餐厅采用分离式设计，色调则采用雅白与高级黑的结合来凸显轻奢二字，背后墙景用山水壁画来装饰，整体显得沉稳大气，软装则采用真皮沙发进行搭配，整体尽显轻奢之风。

The living room and dining room adopt separate design, and the color tone adopts the combination of elegant white and high-grade black to highlight the light luxury. The back wall scenery is decorated with landscape murals, which makes the whole look calm and atmospheric. The soft dress is matched with leather sofa, which shows the light luxury style.

摒弃了传统灯设计，采用无主灯式设计，橱柜采用陶瓷白搭配原木色，精致中又不失生活气息；洗碗柜嵌入橱柜里，这样的设计不会占用多余的空间，厨房整体给人一种舒适整洁的感觉。

Abandon the traditional lamp design, adopt the design of no main lamp, the cupboard adopts ceramic white with log color, delicate without losing the flavor of life; The dishwashing cabinet is embedded in the cabinet, so the design will not occupy the redundant space, and the kitchen as a whole gives people a comfortable and clean feeling.

整体配色黑白相间，轻奢细致的硬装布置和现代软装材质的组合展现，增添了空间的温馨与华丽气质；旁侧做了一边酒柜，在藏露遮掩之间，让整个空间更具延伸与通透感，虽奢华却不失典雅。

The overall color is black and white, and the combination of light and detailed hard decoration and modern soft decoration materials adds warmth and gorgeous temperament to the space; On the other side, a wine cabinet is built, which makes the whole space more extended and transparent. Although it is luxurious, it is elegant.

主卧整体沿用高级灰配色，主打简约、舒适；在床边放置休闲椅，在休闲放松时，可以看看书和看看剧，享受属于自己的那一份快乐。

干湿分离的设计已然是卫生间的标准，浴室柜和马桶都采用了悬空式设计，不仅打扫卫生方便，整体空间也不失简约和雅致。

采用榻榻米床设计，下方则设计成推拉式的储物柜；在原有床基础上增加一张多功能式上床下桌，来满足日后孩子成长需求。
